I’m focusing on AI-driven cybersecurity risk assessment, leveraging frameworks like ERSIA and NIST, along with guidelines from the White House on AI. This approach "ensures" we stay ahead of emerging threats and integrate AI effectively into our security strategy.

I am for the consolidation of the projects we are working on by using technologies as GenAI and Databricks.
Data products and Data meah are 2 of the paradigms I am looking at but I am aware how challenging could result due to high number of involved stakeholders.

For sure I will look also how manage ethical and governance policies and the way AI could leverage a DevAecOps project.

As a part of cloud transformation we have the massive migration from on-prem to cloud. in the same priority we have gen AI framework evaluation in order to have a common framework for every gen AI LLM, product or proposal (i know this looks like a dream more than activity).

We putting a high emphasize on GenAI experimentation through well planned Hackathons. Although we all experiencing cost cutting initiatives, well planned hackathons are good ways to spot ideas that can same money or generate new revenues or retain/increase our customers base.
