Question to y'all, I am trying to understand what are some common themes about challenges to professional and corporation development. I would like some measurable data to see if the problems I face in my small startup-ish software company, and the problems of the founders are shared across all types of businesses. For us, its challenges with making sure we are making the right business decisions (since we are small, a bad move can be fatal) - but I was wondering about all'y'all? What keeps you up at night personally and corporately??

I had a startup in the past which took off very well. However a fatal mistake was people gap. You have to have dedicated partners and not 9 to 5 employees.
Value added deliveries and collections should be next major focus.
Pass the 2 years mark to shift focus to expansion

Interesting! Thanks for that input. I am curious as to what did not get done outside of 9-5 that was impactful to your startup?<br>

Team needs to put their best. Employees taking their role in organization as a 9-5 job may lack dedication and the extra mile need to win customers and hearts in the beginning.
