First we have well defined business goals which we want to achieve. Then we check how we could fulfill this goals. In case we have use case for AI (specially on logistic and transportation area, partially on marketing) then we look at all aspects how we can best use it. Further activities are like normal project work, only in case of AI we have some higher risks, because this is quite new approach and we don't have much experience and knowledge on this area yet.

I believe the following steps will help:

1. Learn About Generative AI: Understand what generative AI can do, like creating text, images, or music.

2. Find Problems to Solve: Look for challenges or opportunities in your business where AI could help.

Match AI to Problems: Map the capabilities of AI to the challenges you've identified.
Check Feasibility: Ask if it's technically possible, affordable, ethical, and legal to use AI in this way.

3. Choose the Best Cases: Prioritize the use cases based on potential impact, cost, and alignment with your business goals.

4. Try it Out: Build and test prototypes to see how well they work and make improvements as needed.
