The choice of cloud services depends on an organization's specific needs, but some commonly valued services include database and data warehousing for efficient data management, AI/ML tools to develop and deploy machine learning models, and serverless computing for cost-effective application deployment. These services, play a crucial role in enabling businesses to leverage the cloud's scalability, flexibility, and efficiency to meet their goals.

Overall fit of the provider's services is key in any recommendation when selecting one of the big 3 clouds for any organization. Multi-cloud is significantly more difficult than most companies realize, and selecting a cloud vendor because of a single use case (e.g. analytics) doesn't take into account the rest of the organizations needs. So often in selecting a primary provider, even if it means a slightly suboptimal service, is the right way to go.

But to be specific about what services are most important:
* Data Warehousing
* DB-aaS

* Object storage and service compatibility
* VM
* HPC scale
* database options
* K8-aaS
* Network options (e.g. ExpressRoute / Direct Connect)
* outside vendor experience/compatibility (e.g. not too many work with OCI)
* industry specific (e.g. AWS Omics)
