Very targeted webinars - demos, 15 minute -- with follow up calls. Very effective. We are finding the 15 minute timeframe catches people's attention and if we can show/tell in that timeframe - they are impressed. requires real discipline around ideal target
For Net New and a strategic way to think of it, we implemented Account Based Marketing last year. We call it ABX - Account Based Experience. We also use 6Sense to help with this. It's been a shift in how marketing and sales work together and how we think about leads or MQL's. We believe that the MQL is dead or dying. We believe that when multiple people engage in your account, then that is more of a buying signal than one person. We do a lot of tactics to drive it like webinars, clicks on the main website on certain pages, F2F events and more.
