- Direct feedback or 1:1, especially those who you know won't mind giving radical candid feedback
- Anonymous surveys, which can be useful with a large group of participants
- 360-feedback from your manager, peers, and direct reports
- Having a third person interviewing others about you and your impact (impact statements)

That's about KPI and the KPI are about goals and thresholds.
What's insuficient today can be enough tomorrow... I believe the first is to have clear KPI from the business and your technical needs.
