Copying with excited boards who heard the word generative AI and want you to get it into the business without understanding what it is and is not, and trying to fit that into already compressed IT budgets at a time when time, money and talent are constrained.

Staying away from AI FOMO. By all means if AI is useful for your company, use it. But don't just use it for FOMO.
