What are some of the challenges you face in maintaining a positive and productive work environment?

I feel the biggest challenge we face is lack of communication. A productive work culture needs to embrace transparent and meaningful communication - top to bottom. Poor leadership and lack of direction & strategy often result in disengaged staff and morale. These things should be reviewed and considered as a top priority
