Can someone let me know if anyone has a really good experience implementing GenAI on an internal Sharepoint-based knowledge management application? I'm looking for a platform and/or service provider who has done this well in your company.

I have seen some colleagues that explored this space and found that successful implementations typically focus on three key areas:

1️⃣ Integration with Existing SharePoint Taxonomy – Ensuring that GenAI models can effectively understand and categorize internal knowledge structures without disrupting existing metadata.

2️⃣ Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for Improved Context – Leveraging GenAI models in combination with enterprise search capabilities to enhance relevance and accuracy in responses.

3️⃣ Security & Compliance Considerations – Applying role-based access control and compliance measures to ensure that AI-generated insights adhere to internal governance policies.

For platforms and service providers, Microsoft’s own Azure OpenAI Service has proven to be a strong choice for seamless SharePoint integration. Additionally, solutions like Cognigy.AI or Moveworks have been used to enhance knowledge retrieval experiences within enterprises.

We’re exploring software solutions that allow companies to set up an online marketplace where employees can redeem points for rewards. Ideally, the platform should support: -Company-branded merchandise -A wide selection of other gift options (e.g., experiences, tech, apparel) -Easy point allocation and tracking -Customization and integration with internal systems One example we’re looking at is Givenly. Has anyone used them or something similar? Would love to hear what platforms you’ve had success with — especially those that are easy to manage and scale across departments.
