We have a process and training governance group that I co-chair. We meet quarterly to discuss training compliance metrics by department and training strategy and initiatives. We meet quarterly and functional department representatives attend those meetings. We meet virtually via MSTeams. We also send out training communications via a monthly email newsletter and announcements on SharePoint.
