In an educational organization, like ours, the most benefit we can get is for data aggregation. What we fear most is that some people, students or maybe even teachers, may use it to produce reports and/or research documents that they need to create themselves.
This is the main reason why we are a bit hesitant when it comes to implementing it on a wide scale.

We have been able to reduce the manual routine work and response activities upto 60% as Chatbot has taken over the communication process end to end and feedback is good from customers and clients. Also, we have been able to reduce the clutter of mess and complex operational issues. All the data structuring is happening in structured manner and no more hassle in dat visibility and data management
