Currently, we’re not in my new org, but in a prior role we used Azure Flow/Power Automate for simple use cases that wired really well. We also used Pega BPM for more complex workflows.We avoided no-code UI heavy solitons/ portals because we eventually got frustrated with the UI limitations after a while, so tended to use more workflow automation tools for process heavy applications.
