Yes. We have been using tools for years to build apps. Bubble is a favourite it is comparable to what Visual Basic was 20 years ago. Fast and easy to use.

Currently, we’re not in my new org, but in a prior role we used Azure Flow/Power Automate for simple use cases that wired really well. We also used Pega BPM for more complex workflows.

We avoided no-code UI heavy solitons/ portals because we eventually got frustrated with the UI limitations after a while, so tended to use more workflow automation tools for process heavy applications.

Without a doubt - Technical Debt! It's a ball and chain that creates an ever increasing drag on any organization, stifles innovation, and prevents transformation.
