W are using many workflow automation tools in our company. As you can imagine, a company of our size will always have more than one tool for pretty much everything except few areas. One of the most used workflow automation tool is smartsheet. Our firm has quite a few different means of creating automations. Since we are relatively new to Service Now most of our efforts throughout 2022 have been focused there. We have been fairly success with these but can still get a lot more efficiencies out of the tool.Director of IT in Software, 11 - 50 employees
