IT Security Training Videos from Ninjio....configuration & set up was done in 2 hours, but the impact and self awerness was extremly high with a good user feedback. And helps in your dailie work if the users know more about cyber security.

Easy and high impact rarely go together in my experience.  That said, I find that simple reporting tools to identify and optimize "waste" (whether on-premise, cloud, SaaS, etc.) are often very quick and easy to onboard and integrate - and the results of the data they provide often provide very clear actions that save actual $$ or provide cost avoidance. Not the most visionary of topics, but anything that can quickly impact bottom line is usually a good thing.

Implemented a digital solution as a response to the Pandemic in Mar 2020. It wasn’t the easiest but the quickest (implemented in less than a month) that had a huge impact on our Customers, Distributors, and Operations. As the saying goes, we didn’t let a good crisis go to waste.

In recent past we have easily migrated corporate emailing solution from O365 to GWS which has highly-impacted across the organization.

Implemented the Atlassian products and suite to our software development process. We had been using a combination of disparate tools and systems to develop applications and despite the time/cost/effort of migrating away, having the full suite of tools all with 1 providers with a huge marketplace of add ons has ultimately increased profitability and efficiency across the organisation. Main lesson i got... migration and change management will cause pain... but if you stick with it the results will be worthwhile
