I am the Director of Shared Servies at Ontario Power Generation and one area I'm responsible for is the Business Travel and Expense. We are looking at creating a centralized travel booking group rather than each individual book their own travel and I was wondering if anyone could share if your company has adopted this structure and have some insight on how it is structured and works in your organization. We use Concur and its not the most user friendly system.

Has anyone gone through the UK's Cybersecurity Essentials Plus certification and if so, would you be willing to share with me your experience and what was involved? I just want to make sure I understand what is involved and what is in scope.
