We are starting now with "Customer Service" Use Case, to provide a 24/7 like agents, however, to mitigate the risks involved, with GenAI and ChatGPT, we're planning for starting the implementation from a bit earlier but mature technology (i.e., Conversational AI) with a plan to turn it gradually and eventually to Generative AI technology while attaining compliance with governance rules that authorities are now working on setting the frameworks for exploiting this promising technologies.
