We are currently working with UKG on the implementation of UKG Pro, with the expected implementation and integration between UKG Pro, benefits, admin, and ready.   We’ve been told that Benefits admin cannot recognize or prorate deductions.   Has anyone been able to use UKG Pro to prorate benefits if the employee start date, and the termination date is mid-month?  How do companies handle the proration of benefits within pro for mid-month start and termination date?

As a UKG Ready customer, I can tell you it has its own nuances and non-sensical restrictions as well. So, it doesn't surprise me to learn UKG Pro can't do something that seems basic. UKG lost touch with their user base and basically thinks that if they don't offer it, it isn't needed. Good luck getting help on the issue, too. Their support, after implementation is horrible!

I would be surprised if the system does not allow this as a feature, from all the reviews I read there were not complaints on prorata lots on reporting functionality.
