We have a small contact center (less than 250 agents) and we are looking for a good and affordable cloud solution outside the top 5 providers (Genesys, Five9, Nice, TalkDesk and Amazon).  Any recommendation or experience you'd like to share?

You have extensive experience in the field that you mention, with many possibilities that can be adapted to your specific needs based on your daily work and benefits that you would like to offer your clients as well as use internally. I would call AWS a top provider, but it may be perfect for your project. AWS provides a lot of trainings and certifications for operators, so it is quite easy to build a skill set in unexperienced team.
