We're exploring deploying Grammarly to all 350 of our CSRs in the hopes of bettering email communication with our B2B customers. How much off-list have people been able to negotiate with them? I've gotten to 20% off, but only by promising fast contracting and a two-year agreement. My CIO thinks we can get to 50% off. Thoughts?
Honestly, this is a low priority application. They should be extremely flexible in pricing and implementation. The team should look at how best to implement Grammarly into the enterprise ie websites, online applications, social media, productivity suites. Once you determine the most efficient way of implementing internally, you then negotiate the pricing. Don't go for the 20% it is simply a utility and you will pay mrr, so be thoughtful. You don't necessarily have to buy 350. You can be more efficient.
