1. Product Life Cycle Management 2.SKU Rationalization and Consolidation across Channels 3. Unit of Measure Management across different channels, especially with old ERP/Supply Chain Systems. 4. Real-time integration and synchronization across multiple demand channels and solution providers.

Here are the top issues: Lack of continuous visibility into inventory and demand fulfillment. Too often the metrics around inventory are too stale, and as they say, "you can't manage what you don't measure"
Fragmented / Siloed Supply-Chain flows -- Consolidation of disparate supply-chain flows will increase efficiency tremendously
Lack of Automation -- take a page from the DevOps culture; CAMS (Culture, Automation, Measurement, Sharing). Strive to remove all manual processes and measure the resulting gains
Last Mile Problem -- choose the correct delivery solution(s) to ensure customer satisfaction
