Maybe nothing. but it would be great not to be “ always on “ with things like email
Maybe a simple phone for the weekends and smartphone for working weekdays ??

Does your organization have a Hiring/Talent Acquisition Policy? Especially interested to hear from those in Financial Services

Our communications function is looking for a way to measure crises avoided and bad articles avoided. We already measure sentiment, share of voice and similar on media that does get published. But our external communications team also considers it a win if they can convince a reporter not to write a negative article or something else that could create a reputational crisis. Does anyone have a good way to measure this? I'm especially interested in how other companies determine when something counts as a bad outcome avoided. Is there a clearly defined threshold for potential impact? Are only certain people allowed to declare whether it should be counted or not?
