A very large and well known software vendor had pitched a complete platform to us, a platform that hadn't been developed yet, it was nothing but a powerpoint deck. The sheer audacity of selling vaporware was astounding. (we didn't sign with them). VP of Engineering in Services (non-Government), 1,001 - 5,000 employees
