Has anyone used a 3rd party vendor to onboard and train new sales hires? If so, please advise pros/cons and other advice! (We currently do this with in-house resources but are wondering if we could speed ramp to targets with a strategic partner.)

I have not used one for only that purpose. I know many people who hire Fractional CRO (for example) who then do this as part of their engagement but I don't think that is what you are asking.
