Identity proofing service
A true end-to-end user authentication solution is not complete if it lacks the critical first step of user-proofing prior to enrollment. Without being sure of the real-world identity of the user signing-up for your system, you might as well leave the front door wide open. By including TransUnion's IDManager, an identity-proofing service, as part of our enrollment workflow, the user's identity has the highest level of assurance.

- Users download GoVerifyID from Apple App Store or Google Play, prove their identity, enroll their biometrics, and start using a selfie, passphrase or fingerprint to authenticate.
On-Device Enrollment
During enrollment, GoVerifyID captures your biometric data (such as voice, fingerprint, or facial image) using your existing mobile device. Your biometric data is converted into a binary code and anonymously stored in our cloud.

Real-Time Verification
In the authentication process, GoVerifyID captures your biometric data (such as voice, fingerprint, and facial image) using your mobile device. Attributes of this biometric data are extracted and compared anonymously with those stored at the time of enrollment.

Turnkey Self-Service Tool (GoVerifyID Now)
As part of the overall GoVerifyID SaaS offering, we provide an additional tool called GoVerifyID Now, a self-service web portal, for managing users, sending messages and verifying requests. It's an out-of-band solution that enhances existing systems and requires no coding. GoVerifyID Now can be used by itself or as an additional feature.
