The Mindbreeze InSpire search application operates seamlessly within the SAP portal solution used at s.Oliver and can find information within SAP as well as from all other connected data sources. This means that employees can find information within the portal about customers, suppliers, marketing campaigns or branch offices from various data sources. It does not matter if the information has been saved as structured or unstructured data. The access privileges are enforced at each query and the results displayed accordingly.

Umdaschgroup

Information in the Umdasch Group is divided into and stored in three basic data groups (Microsoft SharePoint 2013, EMC Documentum, file system). In order to assist the coworkers in locating stored material (both structured and unstructured) within these data sources, the Umdasch Group was looking for an enterprise search solution which would connect and combine information with the goal of obtaining added value.

The implementation and integration of Mindbreeze in the existing Microsoft SharePoint Portal took place seamlessly. Around five million documents from three data sources were searched and their content was indexed, providing the Umdasch Group employees with a simple and efficient search tool. With one search, every piece of information having to do with that query is displayed, and their relationship to each other is clearly depicted. The added value of the search solution is immediately tangible.

Lightening the load of incoming post through intelligent classification
The Wüstenrot Datenservice GmbH uses Mindbreeze InSpire to semantically classify customer communication such as letters and email, and to automatically extract additional information like customer numbers, policy numbers and license plate numbers. This information is used to forward all communication in the work-flow automatically to the correct departments in the Bausparkasse Wüstenrot AG und der Wüstenrot Versicherungs AG. Mindbreeze InSpire makes this possible through its intelligent combination of complex semantic algorithms, which have been developed over a period of 10 years.
