Can anyone share the tools/platform needed for IT Asset, Software and Vendor Management in banking ? Could be standalone, could also be CMDB related for higher quality management.

Any recommendations for tools that help with keeping track of application version, vendor, reseller, status of application, owner, contract start and end dates? I know that ServiceNow has some features to keep track of software but I wonder if there are others.

The Service Desk Team is working thousands of tickets related to hardware accessories. These are a lot of small tasks and inefficient manual deliveries. We are looking for a Self Service Portal for ordering and direct delivery, without going through IT. Has anyone implemented this kind of Self Service? Has anyone used Brandfolder for their Digital Asset Management solution? It seems too good to be true with regard to its pricing. I came from a larger organization that used Adobe AEM as our DAM. I've read the reviews here and feedback seems to be overwhelmingly positive. One watch out was on the # of Collections licensed (and be careful about not getting too few out of the gate).

Hello all, my company has a Maximo implementation and we are about to start the upgrade to the recently released (and freshly containerized) Maximo 8 (otherwise known as Maximo Application Suite). We have been hearing that the MAS upgrade path is difficult. Does anyone have any experience with upgrades from Maximo 7.x to MAS/Maximo 8? Was it difficult? Expensive? What are your lessons learned? What are the things you wished you knew before you started? What are the questions you should have asked when planning the upgrade? Do you have any customizations? etc.

Does anyone have experience using HP, Dell, DMI, or any other vendor for PC as a Service? I am curious about the lease of a PC, refresh cycle (every 3-4 years), break/fix, configuration, returns, repairs etc.
