My company is a global consulting company that employs about 5000 people in >100 offices worldwide. We are replacing our old ERP and wondering if any of you have experience with doing an ERP implementation "agile"? What I mean by agile is releasing functionality throughout the migration process and not trying to do a "big bang" cutover on a three-day weekend with all hands on deck. If you have done this, how? Did you migrate functions (like invoicing) one at a time or did you migrate regions one at a time? Did this mean that you effectively had two ERPs for a period of time or did you figure out a way to avoid duplication? If you did this, what was your company's familiarity and comfort level with this kind of "agile" implementation?

I'm seeking advice regarding a strategy for handling inactive accounts within directories. An auditor has requested a report on enabled accounts that haven't been logged in for over 90 days. While there are various approaches to solve this, I'm uncertain about the appropriate platform. Should this fall under the realm of a log/reporting, making it suitable for a SIEM solution (consolidating logs to generate a report)? Or does it delve deeper into an IAM concern (analyzing user accounts for inactivity and taking action)? Has anyone encountered a similar reporting or compliance scenario? I'm in search of guidance to make an informed decision on whether to approach this from a reporting angle or a more comprehensive IAM perspective. Your insights could serve as a deciding factor/tiebreaker to help me choose the most strategic path to address this scenario.

Who is using Grammarly Enterprise SaaS and in what use cases? I'm at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs and work in the Health IT space. I'm trying to help determine value of Grammarly Enterprise (at ~$15/user) as opposed the the free version. According to the sales rep, the Enterprise version provides HIPAA compliance, "snippets", audit logs, data loss protection, etc.
