We’re currently exploring options to implement an iPXE-based WinPE deployment solution in Microsoft Azure. Our goal is to streamline OS provisioning for virtual machines using cloud-hosted boot scripts and WinPE images, ideally over HTTP/S for performance and flexibility. Key requirements: Must support iPXE booting in Azure (via ISO, custom VM image, or chainloading). Ability to host and serve WinPE images securely (e.g., via Azure Blob Storage or web server). Cyber Essentials Plus compliance is essential, as we operate in a regulated environment. Preferably a UK-based provider with experience in secure cloud deployments and endpoint provisioning. We’ve looked into solutions like 2Pint Software’s iPXE Anywhere, but we’re open to other vendors or managed service providers who can assist with setup, integration, and ongoing support. Has anyone implemented a similar solution or worked with a provider who meets this criteria? Any recommendations or lessons learned would be greatly appreciated.

Who are the best engineers to use to staff for a platform re-architecture program? Does the staffing strategy benefit from tweaks as you move from early to later stages of maturity?
The particular program is looking to reduce duplication that exists across business lines and likely will leverage a combination of adapter patterns, data-driven configuration and lot of generalization of duplicate capability.
We're open to FTE, contract, vendors, etc., and have good systems to use all already established.
I have been asked to help my company mature our ArcGIS program. I am trying to strategize how this folds into our existing Azure Data Architecture. Curious how other companies are supporting their geospatial (ArcGIS) programs from a data architecture perspective. Are they leveraging one architecture? if so, where is it stored? how are handling orchestration of data pipelines? what does the architecture look like?

Has anyone successfully used AR and VR devices across an enterprise in a truly scalable way? Leadership is reluctant to invest in this as they will require physical attention to maintain. Any experience you can share?
