We are at about 10% but CEO is demanding 100% before end of the year. Show up or be fired. We will see but some people quit when we went to 3 days in office 2 days remote.

Most of the application team I lead is in Brazil and the global IT leadership (US-based) now wants to move some of that work to a new global delivery center in India to be more cost effective, but I have doubts.
