Mental health offerings, fully paid maternity and paternity leave, and health care price changes with employers contributing to an HSA plan.

I think there are several factors that will influence recruitment/retention in 2024 including several listed above.  The pandemic has shown us the importance in supporting the mental health of our team members and is also key when managing a remote workforce as people can often feel isolated working from home every day.  However, with more and more states requiring pay transparency, it will be essential for organizations competing for talent outside of their home state to provide salary ranges to ensure they are getting the talent they are targeting to even look at their roles.
