I think 45 is a minimum. Anything less does not leave room for in depth discussion.

You don’t always have to take the 45, it’s a lot easier ending early than going over!

I hear a ot of noise from sources supposedly providing good information so it would be refreshing for me to be able to speak with others in the same seat, doing the same thing- especially if it was a focused conversation.
