There is no absolute answer to this question. Overall, the cost drivers on their side are pretty similar, the technologies are similar, so at the end of the day the pricing model and pricing levels are similar as well. Of course YMMV from workload to workload, but ultimately which is least or most expensive will mostly depend on how good *you* are at a) negotiating a discount rate, linked to your level of spending and b) making effective use of the many "reserved resource" / upfront payment / committed spending mechanisms.Content you might like
