All of the above plus using the strategic service portfolio approach from Gartner to determine what services the business consumes and whether those services meet customer expectations in terms of cost, quality, and improved business outcome.

Dalen -<br>Mostly agree. I believe all of them except I struggle with 'Revenue Growth'. By doing the others, we indirectly enable it, but as for direct impact, to date I have not came up with clear, believable way to show.  Open to suggestions? <br>Fostering the relationship between IT and the rest of the company is something we try to improve every day. We strive for partnership and trust. Doing our part with high quality and low cost goes a long way.
