Enterprise search is a necessity. People love silos, even if they’re not aware of it

Information inaccessibility is wasted time and effort for all parties involved

I think there is a chronic tendency to underestimate how hard it is to do enterprise search well. Buying a platform is easy, even connecting it on a basic level to a bunch of apps is straightforward, but making the search tool useful, easy to use and ubiquitous is *hard*.
