A phrase I have often heard is if you don't clean the stream, don't bother cleaning the pond. In security you can't leave the pond (installed OS & applications) untouched so you need to work on it. However, the vendors of O/S and Applications really need to do a better job on their security before the application ever gets to us (the Customer) I'd like to see more focus on upstream security before the APP or O/S is released.Content you might like
