I would say emails to stay current with a wide range of topics and new releases, and conferences for in depth knowledge and discussions about a product line in which I am potentially interested in procuring.

What are some examples of business value creation through AI/Machine Learning?

Our team are working on children's digital health services for the NHS. We're doing some work to ensure people that go to Google AI or ChatGPT for parenting advice still find our websites, especially when people are not clicking through to see the information on the actual websites. If anyone has done or come across any work on the impact of AI on search and findability, or knows people working in this area, I would be grateful to be signposted. Thanks in advance!
