We have a standard and automated workflow for intake on any project or new service request.  AI goes through the same process as any other significant investment for new, or enhancement request. It needs ROI, basic project plan, resource estimate etc.    Thus far AI projects are getting a bit higher priority but that is because people are promising higher ROI.   We track ROI for 2 to 5 years after completion depending on size of the investment.  You are measured on that ROI, so be careful on what you promise...... and deliver results

Is anyone using automated medical chart reviews? In the past, we explored a company called Brellium (https://brellium.com/products/ai-automated-chart-review), but one of the gaps that we experienced was that it did not consider attachments to the patient record from our EMR. 

Has anyone identified a platform that allows for a company to create a portal/marketplace of secured and approved ("certified") agents, prompts, GPTs, etc. for use in their company?  Not a low-code/agent builder platform... but a platform that will securely deliver the company's approved AI agents, GPTs, etc. that is agnostic to the agent or LLM host. Ideally, we could bring AI solutions built in ChatGPT/OpenAI, Azure/Copilot, Anthropic, and approved third-party agents/prompts together under one interface. This would allow the corporate user community to easily locate approved options. Essentially, it would be similar to www.aiagentsdirectory.com but tailored for corporate and enterprise customers.
