Yes, I do. Each member of my team is required to take at least one training class per year as part of their development plan. Training is a cornerstone of my leadership philosophy, and I find immense fulfillment in seeing team members learn and progress in their careers. One of the most rewarding moments is when someone I’ve mentored gets promoted or grows beyond the immediate team; authentic leadership, after all, means helping people evolve, even if that means they eventually move on to broader opportunities. From day one, I have focused on mentorship by sending new hires to the best training, boosting their confidence, and strengthening the organization.
