I answered no. Because they change morph increase so often. In higher ed our staffing is barely sustainable. There is always a risk we will be surprised by an unexpected provider-related change. Until that is wholly stable, I can’t imagine digital tech being ALL CAPS FULLY sustainable. Maybe if I worked in industry with more financial cushion I’d think differently.

I found the question to be ambiguous. Sustainable in what sense? Supporting organizations to grow sustainably? Environmentally sustainable? Presently, the latter seems to be trending, but different meanings can be imparted.
