Lack of skills is a big gap

Difficult to get senior leadership and team members to see the value of automating repeated tasks and tasks that have high human error. Not sure how to sell it other than less errors and eventual time savings.

When evaluating cybersecurity solutions, what's the most important non-technical criteria you consider? Has it changed in recent years?

We are planning to migrate from Cherwell (ITSM) to FreshWorks (FreshService & FreshDesk) and I am looking for feedback and guidance on your experiences.
