Enterprise procurement folks, how long is your average tech purchase cycle right now?

I find that it depends on the organisation and the competencies of the people involved. I've done a cycle in 2 months as everyone was game and prepared, bringing their A-play.
On the other hand I had examples which tool over a year as the functional counterparts were unable to define their own requirements (not even to a point where the decision for a solution provider would have been possible).
