What is the best work travel advice you’ve ever been given?

We are looking to move our time tracking solution from a legacy solution. We have Workday as our HR HCM with ADP integration for payroll. We are over 6000 employees in Operations that will be clocking in/ out on a daily basis. What solutions do you use and what are your pros and cons? Workday seems to have a solution but we also want to look at other vendors. Does anyone have recommendations on potential vendors or have successfully implemented other time tracking solutions?
