We offer Juneteenth and it's been much appreciated by staff. We review our calendar annually and have aligned it to construction and site needs. The only change is likely going to be to recognize veterans day and give up President's Day due to project needs.

We do not offer Juneteenth as a holiday, instead we provide other fixed holidays plus a few floating holidays. The floating holidays are designed for employees to use at their discretion toward holidays the company does not recognized yet important to individual employees. We are not looking to make changes to the 2026 calendar year related to holidays.

Which country are you in, which makes it necessary to consider 10th June as a day that should be observed as a holiday? What does the day signify for your country?
