How many of your companies already have Juneteenth as a recognized holiday? If so, are you considering any changes for the 2026 calendar year?

We do not offer Juneteenth as a holiday, instead we provide other fixed holidays plus a few floating holidays. The floating holidays are designed for employees to use at their discretion toward holidays the company does not recognized yet important to individual employees. We are not looking to make changes to the 2026 calendar year related to holidays.

Which country are you in, which makes it necessary to consider 10th June as a day that should be observed as a holiday? What does the day signify for your country?

Hi Martha - we talked about it and opted NOT to do so. We did add Martin Luther King Day as a holiday this year. My husband works at a consulting firm where Juneteenth is recognized as a holiday.
