What factor most influences your AEM partner selection?

I saw most of the voters said "Cost transparency", which is really relevant, but real success stories are providing the reasonable assurance that the end product / service will be okay. Cost transparency just provide the assurance on the clear understanding of the costs connected to the service and not of a successful cooperation.
