President & CEO in IT Services2 years ago

In 1998, during my first client meeting as a Big 5 IT consultant, I found myself as the only woman in a conference hall filled with over 30 IT professionals. The only other woman was an assistant who occasionally checked in for meeting supplies. It is incredibly encouraging to witness the rapid increase in the maturity level of corporations, societies, and agencies that has led to our current environment. This progress has been made possible by courageous female leaders, astute male leaders, supportive partnerships from families and organizations striving for a balanced overall good. As traditional caregivers and providers continue to exchange roles, this transformation is set to empower future leaders.
