My answer is heavily dependent on my stage of life and career

Single just out of college- start up

Just married no kids- start up

Married and 1 kid -start up but considering big companies

Married 2+ kids and want to be a part of their lives- big companies or medium companies with great benefits

Kids in college or grown - still big companies

Kids all grown - over 55 or 60 years old and have enough saved to retire but would like to stay in the industry- start up all the way!!
