I believe Microsoft should have in place a rollback process for all these critical updates: all what related a core / kernel service where potentially the boot itself could be impacted must be monitored.

I was expecting the ability to easily reboot into the previous system status after an unsuccessfully boot.

This of course without the IT Support by directly at the end user level.

I am still wondering in 2024 the reasons Microsoft releases OSes over OSes still ignoring the ABC of the security.

Who owns Communication in Network vs. Security Incidents? Best Practices & RACI Guidance Needed In many organizations, Network and Security teams both play a role in incident response, especially when firewall or SASE issues impact network performance. When an issue is first diagnosed by the Network team but determined to be security-related, who should own the ongoing communication, resolution updates, and root cause reporting?
