Creativity can grow out side of the bricks and mortar structures. Creatives can chose how the work better than being constrained.

Collaborative creativity has suffered.  While there are some good shared ad hoc visualization tools like Mural, a physical gathering around a whiteboard, flip charts and an extra large monitor is still more conducive to productive collaboration.

I'd agree.  While remote can help people be productive at any time, any day, deep collaborative work seems to be suffering.  I don't think it has to, but do wonder if it's just easier to get distracted when remote.

The quality of education in the remote model is really not working well for undergraduates.
