Collaborative creativity has suffered. I'd agree. While remote can help people be productive at any time, any day, deep collaborative work seems to be suffering. I don't think it has to, but do wonder if it's just easier to get distracted when remote.

Remote work has its advantages but the disadvantages seem to be overtaking the advantages. Many organisations are reverting back to full in person work ethics. The corroborative spirit seems to be dying or almost dead. It is also breeding lies and lazy individuals who hide behind remote work ethics.
