Net Dollar Retention

For me, Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) stands out as the best measure of loyalty. It shows how much long-term value a customer brings not just whether they like your brand (NPS) or buy again (repeat rate). CLTV captures the full story: engagement, trust, and retention over time.
When I pair CLTV with NPS and engagement metrics, I get a clear picture of both emotional and financial loyalty helping identify which customers are truly advocates for the brand.
