We implemented Oracle HCM recently including Redwood. Defining the long term plan for support, we face challenges with our Oracle Security knowledge depth specifically (defining and maintaining roles/ SOD/ SOX etc). Is there anyone who has experience in setting this up after a successful Oracle HCM plus Redwood implementation and would like to share best practices with me?

This really depends on the implementation.
For example, most LAN are not segmented so anything on the network can see anything else. On the WAN side, it depends on how the WAN and LAN are connected, if there is a firewall between a LAN and WAN, then you have the potential to secure the WAN. If there is just a router between the LAN and WAN, it looks like you simply extended the LAN.
